Ebru Önal is a professional who manages the human resources needs of our consulting projects end-to-end, specializing in strategic and operational HR processes. She analyzes team requirements in the projects we work on, creates position-based competency and job descriptions, and accordingly plans recruitment processes and conducts candidate interviews.
Ebru is also experienced in designing and implementing in-house training programs. She adds value to our team with her analytical approach, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented attitude, ensuring that the right talents meet the right projects.
